Overview

We have a long history with Mission Community Church.  We have helped direct everything from their capital building campaign to assisting with the creative and marketing of a big series.  So, it just made sense that we would also help rename the church (previously Superstition Springs Community Church), design their new logo & website and implement various social media, marketing & rich media strategies.

The Challenge

In all the work we’ve done for Mission the constant challenge has been, “how do we align the message with the Micah 6:8 vision of the church while also being relevant in our creative, language and communication channels.

The Solution

From social media strategy to web design & development to campaign management, design and consulting Tipping Media has helped Mission communicate, automate and connect with its audience for a few years.  There are several solutions we’ve helped implement here and all without increasing payroll or blowing up marketing budgets.

Without a doubt the most effective part of our strategy is our content management system. Our CMS has empowered Mission’s staff to manage, communicate and automate content on the website with no knowledge of HTML.  By implementing our CMS ministries are interacting seamlessly with their web audience and creating a 2-way stream of content that is relevant, updated and consistent with the Mission brand.

Welcome Video

Collaborating with Tim Allen of Tribal Iris we put together the above web welcome video featuring the Lead Pastor, Mark Connelly. This video was the first thing people saw if it was their first time visiting the website.

The Result

Since partnering with Mission we have seen the church attendance increase approximately 270%.  Website analytics indicate a more than 200% year-over-year increase in web visits.  Facebook traffic has increased over 2,500%.  Online giving/donation is well above national averages.  The new campus was expanded in March of 2010 and we continue to evaluate our web conversion, social media strategies and look for ways to take advantage of new technologies and marketing strategies to continue to manage the church’s growth, vision and purpose.
