Overview

Cushman & Wakefield is a global real estate management company consisting of small teams of brokers who manage deals.  One specific team within Cushman & Wakefield contacted us to create a manageable solution that would not only market their services but allow for potential leads to research their property inventory online.

The Challenge

Simplicity.  In short, the site had to be straightforward, easy to navigate and provide content management platform that would automate property filtering.  We wanted to create a custom property filtering system that would automatically link to Google Maps, allow simple sharing and automate the broker contact process based on who on the team listed the property.

Additionally, the team is competing with several other property brokers in the area so we needed to do some significant keyword research and search engine optimization to ensure potential clients would find their listings first.

Finally, the team wanted the ability to market to potential clients who were requesting additional information based on property listing locations, type and square footage.

The Solution

Our content management system easily supported the teams ability to add and manage property listings and content without any prior knowledge of HTML.  With a little development trickery we created a fluid property filtering system that allowed properties to be narrowed down by location, type and sale/lease status.  Our CMS also manages all other site content including custom contact forms for property research, document management and team details.

For email marketing we integrated Mailchimp as the team’s long-term solution.  Mailchimp offered the team flexible management of their email marketing lists, a custom-design email template, analytics and double opt-in list subscriptions.

The Result

The team has no need to increase staff payroll as the work Tipping Media has done automated many of their web processes while increasing their visibility and web marketing response.  The call-to-action on the site is meant to drive potential clients straight to the brokers via different contact and data collection methods.  This new process along with effective search engine strategy has generated millions of dollars in leads and long-term exposure to a broader client base.
